Tip for Window Users On a Mac

If you find yourself looking for conrol alt delete to see whats running and/or using resources etc and you are now on a Mac, go to spotlight and search for "activity monitor" and run this application. From there you will see CPU, Memory, Disk Activity, Disk Useage, and Network Useage. Although not exactly the same once it come up you will feel at home for what you wanted to find out.
